Q: Will I get my questions answered directly by Mike?
A: Yes, we will do the initial 1:1 call together for 1 hour minimum. I will also personally build out your client roadmap, so I have full clarity on your individual context.
Further, the daily 1 hour coaching calls are run directly by Me, so you will be able to jump on the coaching calls 7 days per week and get your questions answered directly by Me.
Since I have already gone through your 1:1 plan with you, and the program is limited to only 50 people at any point in time, I will be able to provide you with targeted and personalized guidance.
Q: What makes this program different from other programs?
A: This is not a group program.
This is an exclusive 1:1 program, where we will speak directly on a 1 hour 1:1 call to set up your health roadmap.
Then we will work together daily via the coaching calls to to work through your roadmap.
The program is limited to 50 people at any point in time, so that I know your personal problems, and am able to provide you with direct guidance.
Q: What times are the daily coaching calls with Mike?
A: I have set up the call schedule to cover as many time zones as reasonably possible.
From Monday to Friday I runs the calls from 6PM CST to 7PM CST.
For Saturday & Sunday I runs the calls from 10AM CST to 11AM CST.
Q: Who is this 1:1 program for? What type of health problems can Mike help me with?
A: This program is for both men & women over the age of 18 years old.
Problems that I am able to help with include:

Q: What kind of results can I expect, and how long will it take to see them?
A: Within the first month you should start to see results & feel better.
The only caveat to this, is that it depends on your consistency, and ability to implement the things you and I put in place.
Q: Will I feel restricted? Can I still enjoy my favorite foods?
A: No, you won't feel restricted.
This isn't keto, carnivore, vegan, etc. We will build out a diet specific to your goals, preferences, and tolerances. This will likely include many of your favorite foods.
Q: What if I don’t want to track calories & macros?
A: In order to see whats going under the hood, you have to put a spotlight on it.
At least in the beginning, tracking calories and macros will be helpful to get an idea of where your at, and where you need to be.
From there we will set up systems so that you can run things on autopilot without too much tracking.
Q: I’ve tried everything, and nothing has worked—how will this be different?
A: This 1:1 program provides direct 1:1 personalized guidance.
It's not a fad diet, its not a magic bullet supplement or medication, and its not a series of impersonal Q&A calls that don't deliver results.
In this program you will get my direct guidance on a regular basis to help you construct a personalized system to rebuild your health.
I will be on calls with you daily helping you to make targeted adjustments to your diet, supplement stack, exercise routine, daily structure, etc., as well as guiding you through in depth diagnostics to hone in on your personal problems.
Q: Do I need to be tech savvy to work with Mike or Join the program?
A: Not at all.
We will guide you in the use of apps like cronometer, and the Revive platform, and show you how to easily use these tools.
None of the services we provide require high level technical knowledge or know how.
Q: I struggle with emotional eating and mindset—can this program help?
A: Yes, I will be available 7 days per week to help you troubleshoot your mindset around food and your emotional responses to foods.
We will build targeted strategies together to help get control over your emotional eating patterns.
