Mike Fave is a registered nurse, metabolic health researcher, and health coach who spent over six years in clinical hospital settings before dedicating his career to helping people rebuild their health outside the conventional medical system. After years of personal experimentation and working with over 1,000 clients, Mike developed a systematic approach to health recovery that addresses nutrition, metabolism, hormonal health, the microbiome, light exposure, circadian rhythm, and environmental factors as interconnected systems.

Yes. I run the 5x/week coaching calls personally, and I'm the one reviewing your labs, building your plan, and adjusting it as we go. The entirety of the clinical thinking on your case is mine. If you need something answered, you can post it in the private community and I will get to it on the coaching calls the same day.
Most clients notice meaningful shifts in energy, digestion, and sleep within the first 4–6 weeks. Body composition and lab changes take longer, typically 8–16 weeks, because the underlying systems — thyroid, hormones, and metabolism — need time to actually recalibrate.
I work primarily with people who are dealing with stubborn weight that won't move, elevated A1c and blood sugar dysregulation, hormone imbalances — including thyroid, testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone — digestive issues such as SIBO, IMO, chronic bloating, and food reactivity, fatigue and low energy that hasn't responded to obvious fixes, and lipid metabolism and cardiovascular concerns. Many clients come to me after multiple practitioners, protocols, or diets have failed.
Testing costs aren't included in the program fee. You'll order through your own provider or a direct-to-consumer lab, and I'll tell you what to order and why. Either way, bring whatever recent labs you have to the intake, and I'll tell you exactly what additional testing, if any, we need to fill in the picture.
Calls run Monday through Friday from 5:00–6:30 PM CT and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM CT. Between the weekday evening and weekend morning slots, almost every time zone has a workable option, including the US, Latin America, Europe, and most of Asia.
No. If you can send an email, join a Zoom call, and use a basic app on your phone, you have everything you need. The community and lesson library live in one platform with a simple interface. My team handles onboarding and will walk you through setup on day one.
